(Alan) Well, I'm still not quite 100% recovered from my bout
with stomach flu. I have found that it's very hard to drink enough
water on the bike when anything that touches your mouth (much less
pee-warm plastic-tasting water bottle water) makes you nauseous.
We are staying at a campground in Page, AZ. On the way into
town, we took the guided tour of
Glen Canyon Dam,
behind which lies Lake Powell. As an electrical engineer I can
appreciate the technology. But it's a very different kind of
engineering than I am used to. I consider a 50 pound instrument
to be massive!
